What's required to start
- Email address.
- Phone number for OTP verification.
- ~10 minutes for clinic profile setup.
No credit card. No business verification. No "we'll get back to you in 2 days" gating.
What happens at end of trial
- You receive a reminder email 3 days before trial ends.
- On day 14, you can either subscribe (₹999/month or ₹9,999/year) or let the trial expire.
- If trial expires, your data is retained read-only for 30 days. You can export CSV anytime in this window.
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted unless you've subscribed.
Upgrading mid-trial
You can subscribe at any point during the trial. Subscription kicks in immediately, but you continue to be billed only at month-end.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime in settings. No call required. Refund within 7 days of subscription if dissatisfied.
