    Terms of Service

    Clear, plain-language terms for using Vaidya OS. No legal maze — just honest rules for a fair relationship.

    The Service
    • Vaidya OS is a cloud-based clinic management platform provided by Zengro, a company registered in India.
    • The service includes patient record management, prescription generation, follow-up tracking, analytics, and related features accessible via web browser.
    • By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
    Free Trial
    • Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
    • At the end of the trial, your account is paused. No data is deleted. You may subscribe at any time to resume access.
    • Zengro reserves the right to modify trial terms with advance notice.
    Subscription & Billing
    • Plans are available at ₹3,499/month (billed monthly) or ₹9,999/year (billed annually). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
    • To subscribe or change your plan, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Payment methods and invoicing are handled by Zengro directly.
    Cancellation & Refunds
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
    • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
    • Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the billing period. Within the first 7 days, a full refund will be issued on request.
    • After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. You may resubscribe within this period to regain access. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.
    Your Data
    • You retain full ownership of all patient data you enter into Vaidya OS. Zengro processes this data only to provide the service — never for advertising, resale, or any other purpose.
    • You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent from patients to store their records in a cloud-based system.
    • You may export your data (CSV) at any time from within the app.
    Acceptable Use
    • Vaidya OS is licensed for use by licensed medical practitioners for clinic management purposes only.
    • You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service.
    • Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or abuse of the API is prohibited.
    • You must not use Vaidya OS to store data unrelated to clinical practice.
    Service Availability
    • Zengro is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., internet outages, Supabase downtime) or events beyond our reasonable control.
    Limitation of Liability
    • Vaidya OS is a productivity and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
    • Zengro is not liable for any clinical decisions made using information stored in or generated by the platform.
    • In no event shall Zengro's total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
    Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
    • Zengro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
