    Terms of Service

    Clear, plain-language terms for using Vaidya OS. No legal maze, just honest rules for a fair relationship.

    The Service
    • Vaidya OS is a cloud-based clinic management platform run by Gaurav Kumar as a sole proprietorship, registered in India as a micro enterprise under the name Vaidya OS (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-28-0129366), based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In these Terms, "Vaidya OS", "we" and "us" mean that business.
    • The service includes patient record management, prescription generation, follow-up tracking, analytics, and related features accessible via web browser.
    • By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
    Free Trial
    • Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with every feature except automatic WhatsApp messages, which start on a paid plan. No credit card is required to start.
    • At the end of the trial, your account is paused. No data is deleted. You may subscribe at any time to resume access.
    • Vaidya OS reserves the right to modify trial terms with advance notice.
    Subscription & Billing
    • Plans are ₹999 for one month or ₹9,999 for one year. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
    • You pay in the app through our payment partner, and each payment covers one month or one year.
    • Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before your plan ends, and you renew by paying again. If you do not renew, your account is paused at the end of the period.
    Cancellation & Refunds
    • You can stop at any time by not renewing. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
    • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
    • Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the billing period. Within the first 7 days, a full refund will be issued on request.
    • After your plan ends, your account is paused and your records are kept, so you can pick a plan again and carry on. To have your data deleted, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
    Your Data
    • You retain full ownership of all patient data you enter into Vaidya OS. Vaidya OS processes this data only to provide the service, never for advertising, resale, or any other purpose.
    • You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent from patients to store their records in a cloud-based system.
    • You can export your patient list to Excel at any time from within the app.
    Acceptable Use
    • Vaidya OS is for healthcare practitioners (such as doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists and counsellors) and their clinic staff, for running their practice.
    • You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service.
    • Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or abuse of the API is prohibited.
    • You must not use Vaidya OS to store data unrelated to clinical practice.
    Service Availability
    • Vaidya OS is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., internet outages, Supabase downtime) or events beyond our reasonable control.
    Limitation of Liability
    • Vaidya OS is a productivity and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
    • Vaidya OS is not liable for any clinical decisions made using information stored in or generated by the platform.
    • In no event shall Vaidya OS's total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
    Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
    • Vaidya OS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
