No. Sign up with your email and phone number for the full 14-day trial. We email you a reminder 24 hours before it ends. You only add payment details if you decide to continue, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard.

The standard plan covers a single doctor. Clinic owners can add associate doctors with shared access, and for multi-location practices we offer custom team plans with admin dashboards. Talk to us and we will map it to your setup.
Vaidya OS is a clinic operating system: appointments, prescriptions, follow-ups, patient records and your own website in one place. Clinical record-keeping covers what most independent doctors need from an EMR (digital prescriptions, visit history, templates, search). It is not built for enterprise hospital EMR requirements.
No. Vaidya OS uses your existing WhatsApp number for one-click handoffs such as prescription PDFs and manual reminders, at no extra cost. If you want high-volume automated reminder campaigns, we offer an optional managed WhatsApp Business API add-on.
